Selective process

Frivatti has a very simple selection process, you can become a collaborator in two ways, by CV or by attending one of our hiring efforts that take place periodically, see below a little more about each one.

How it works?

Frivatti selection process begins with the receipt of your curriculum vitae, analysed by HR and if a vacancy arises, the future employee is notified to attend for exams and to present the documentation necessary for hiring. After verifying the results of the exams and verifying information regarding the contract, an integration process is carried out with the employee, where the company and its rules are presented. The employee then goes through a process of learning, evaluation and adaptation of (3 months of experience). Only then is he permanently hired.
