On March 25, Frivatti held a training session for employees in the hygiene department of its slaughterhouse unit in Itaipulândia. Led by a technician from the company HIGEX, the training aimed to qualify the professionals, raise awareness about potential risks, and ensure the correct use of materials and chemicals used in industrial cleaning.
Among the topics covered were key industrial cleaning procedures such as dry removal, pre-rinse, detergent application, manual scrubbing, rinsing, and disinfection. Additionally, participants received guidance on the proper dilution and application of products used in the process, ensuring greater efficiency and safety.
Another essential part of the training was the presentation of hygiene monitoring methods, including plate counts and swabs, which are fundamental to guaranteeing the sanitary quality and compliance of the slaughterhouse unit. The safe handling of chemicals was also extensively discussed, highlighting key procedures to follow, necessary precautions, and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The importance of not mixing chemicals was emphasized due to the serious health risks, including poisonings and dangerous chemical reactions. Real cases were presented where improper mixing of substances resulted in severe accidents and even deaths, underscoring the need for strict adherence to safety protocols.
To make the learning experience more engaging, the training included moments of relaxation and interactive games, allowing employees to test their knowledge in a fun way. Incentives such as giveaways were distributed, making the experience even more motivating.
This initiative reinforces Frivatti’s commitment to safety and quality in its processes by investing in the training of its employees to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
