On Wednesday, July 2nd, Frivatti had the honor of welcoming representatives from Mimen, a company based in the province of Misiones, Argentina. Mr. Claudio, Mr. Julio, and Mr. Marcelo were present — they operate in the cities of Posadas and Puerto Iguazú, two major commercial hubs in the region.
The main purpose of the visit was to strengthen business ties between the companies and provide an in-depth look at the Frivatti Industrial slaughterhouse facility located in Itaipulândia. The visitors were guided through different sectors of the plant, where they observed the entire pork production chain up close.
Throughout the tour, the Mimen representatives learned about the procedures in place to ensure food safety, from slaughter to the final packaging of the products. They were introduced to the traceability systems that make it possible to identify the origin of each batch, the strict quality controls applied at every stage of the process, and the automation technologies used to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
The visit also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, clarify technical questions, and align expectations for future partnerships. The meeting was marked by open and productive dialogue, reaffirming Frivatti’s commitment to transparency, innovation, and operational excellence.
This encounter not only strengthened the relationship with an important international partner but also reinforced Frivatti’s role as a leading reference in the South American pork protein market.
