Last Thursday, August 1st, Frivatti had the honor of welcoming a group of high school students from Costa e Silva State School. The students, engaged in the interdisciplinary project "Roots and Memories: A Journey through the History of Itaipulândia," visited the meat processing plant in Itaipulândia to understand the role of the local industry in the development of the municipality.
The "Roots and Memories" project aims to preserve the history of Itaipulândia through the companies currently operating in the city, with the goal of producing a printed magazine and organizing a fair. This event will involve 14 sectors of the municipal economy and will feature an exhibition of historical objects for the community. The initiative seeks to value and recognize the contribution of local businesses to the historical formation of the municipality.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to meet Egídio Valiati, the Director-owner of Frivatti, who gave a brief speech to the 3rd-year ADM students. Márcio Paschoalloto, the plant's technical manager, explained the operation of the sectors and the company's role in the agro-industrial market, highlighting Frivatti's significant contribution to Itaipulândia's growth since its establishment in 2009.
The meeting provided a valuable space for the students to clarify their doubts and obtain answers to their questions. This knowledge will be fundamental in organizing the exhibition, which aims to tell the story of the municipality's companies, highlighting the economic and social impact of these institutions on local life.
