Frivatti Leadership Day Focused on Communication and a Healthy Work Environment

Last Saturday, December 14, Frivatti hosted Leadership Day, an event dedicated to the leaders and supervisors of Frivatti Ind, Frivatti Genetic, and Frivatti Agro. The objective was to strengthen communication and promote a more harmonious and collaborative work environment. The event took place at the Buriti Community Center in the municipality of Itaipulândia, bringing together directors, managers, and leaders for a productive and inspiring gathering.

The highlight of the event was a keynote speech by Georgia Pereira, a journalist and specialist in public speaking and corporate communication. With valuable insights, Georgia emphasized the importance of effective communication in the workplace, noting that the impact of a message often lies more in how it is delivered than in the content itself. "It’s not always about what we say but how we say it that makes the difference," said the speaker, encouraging participants to reflect on their daily interaction practices and adopt more assertive communication strategies.

Continuing the theme, Raphaela Valiati, Frivatti’s legal advisor, addressed key issues related to commitment and ethics in the workplace. In her speech, she reinforced the company’s dedication to fostering a healthy work environment, highlighting the importance of respect and assertive communication for all employees.

The event was also marked by open dialogue, allowing leaders to share the challenges they face daily and exchange experiences regarding their management practices. The directors, Egídio Valiati, Neliete Valiati, and Executive Manager Méri Guillande, also addressed the attendees with motivational messages.

Egídio Valiati, in his speech, expressed gratitude for the dedication and contributions of the leadership team throughout 2024 and presented plans for 2025, with special emphasis on the new processing plant in the municipality of Santa Helena, whose construction has already begun. Egídio also announced new supervisors for Frivatti Industrial and highlighted the essential role of leaders and managers in the company’s operations.

To wrap up the event, participants enjoyed a delicious lunch and a celebration that reinforced the sense of unity among Frivatti’s leadership team.

Leadership Day reaffirms Frivatti’s commitment to investing in the development of its managers and building an increasingly positive work environment where communication and valuing people are top priorities.
